We performed a comparative analysis of anonymized data on 100 HIV-infected women (planning and not planning a pregnancy) consulted at the Samara Regional Center for Prevention and Control of AIDS and Infectious Diseases. We updated the clinical and psychological profile of a HIV-infected woman planning pregnancy. We found, that HIV-infected women planning pregnancy are more likely to be in the early reproductive age, had bith in anamnesis 3 times less frequently, were sexually infected 4.5 times more often, had stage 3 HIV-infection, and were psychologically ready for pregnancy.
