The article discusses the relevance of maintaining the image of the company at the proper level. The risk of loss of reputation in credit institutions is considered in more detail. Its elements, the main measures to regulate the risk of loss of business reputation are considered. The assessment of business reputation and its management as a competitive advantage, which is necessary for the Bank for long-term existence in the market, are considered.
