Reputation scoring in innovative development of social and labor relations

This article describes the features of using reputation scoring by modern Russian companies. The purpose of the article is to study the properties and principles of the reputation scoring system, as well as to determine its role in the innovative development of social and labor relations. The research methodology is based on systemic and institutional approaches to the study of the process of formation and development of social and labor relations. The article shows that the use of reputation scoring leads to positive changes in the field of labor market regulation and employment issues, allowing for more effective recruitment. Due to this, expand the potential of the business to increase its competitiveness, profitability and profitability. Special attention is paid to issues related to the implementation of innovative methods of search and selection of personnel as a tool for influencing the transformation of social relations. The author has developed proposals for the development of the reputation scoring system and its more active use in the process of innovative development of social and labor relations.
