Social and economic development of the Moscow region based on the development of state-private partnership

This study focuses on the state and business partnership, which provides capital for investment and avoids increases in public debt. Public-private partnership offers a market-oriented approach to delivering tasks for which the state is responsible. The state bodies are inefficient--management concepts typical in the commercial sector should be used to achieve more cost-effective provision of public services in the Moscow region.
