Solution of the personnel issue by airline enterprises of the West Siberian civil aviation authority during perestroika period

The article is concerned with problems of human resources in the airline enterprises, affiliated with the West Siberian Civil Aviation Authority. The author considers reasons of the employee turnover and ways of its prevention.
