General education teacher's solving of professional tasks in the context of the regulation of distance educational technologies

The research objective was the definition of the general framework of the regulation of application of distance educational technologies (DET) in the course of the teacher's decision of daily professional problems. The analysis of the works of the researchers of digital components of education system, instructive-methodological and legal documents published by government bodies in education showed the need of more careful research of the ratio of legal regulation of remote educational technologies with the professional tasks facing the teacher of general education organization. Local analysis of modern legislation on education regulating remote educational technologies was provided. As a result of the research one can come to the following conclusions: 1) modern legislation on education essentially does not range educational processes one of which is under construction on direct interaction trained and the teacher, and the second - on mediated (at a distance) that do not coincide with the real contents and the form of performance of daily professional tasks of the teacher; 2) the regulations regulating the DET indirectly establish additional labor actions of the teacher, thus the question of the accounting of working hours of the pedagogical worker in the conditions of application the DET in the legislation is specially not settled; 3) general education at the legislative level in general has no features of regulation of application the DET at a ratio with professional education, however use the DET in general education organization demands additional, earlier not applied regulation at the level of the organization that attracts the revision and development of local regulations demanding coordination with representative bodies of the teachers of the organization. The conclusions given above testify to the need of revision of regulatory legal base the DET according to the complex of professional tasks facing the teacher, realities of life of the general education organizations.
