The decision of meetings as the basis for the creation of civil-legal relations

The article examines the main points of view on the legal nature of the decisions of meetings, compares decisions of meetings and civil-law transactions reveals signs of the meeting’s decision as grounds for the emergence of civil rights and obligations. Judicial practice materials are analyzed.
