Decisions rendered by the court of appeal

The grounds for the issuance of a court decision on appeal are violations of the law by the court of first instance, which by depriving or restricting the rights guaranteed by law of participants in criminal proceedings, non-compliance with the procedure of production or otherwise influenced the decision of an illegal judicial act. Types of decisions of the court of appeal, as well as any other court decisions, must comply with the requirements of the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation imposed on the content of court decisions in the Russian criminal process.
