Reshoring in the USA, Europe and the global economy

The article deals with the problems associated with reshoring (returning, recreating) industrial production in the United States and European countries. The terms « reshoring», «backshoring», «niashoring», «outsourcing» are clarified. The reasons for the reshoring process, the influence of the “digital economy” in solving the identified problems are identified. Analyzed the consequences and prospects of reshoring for developed and developing countries, the prospects for the development of globalization of the world economy.
