Bovine respiratory syncytial infection and its importance in the epidemiology of acute respiratory disease

The Research were conducted at the Department of infectious and non-contagious disease of the Ural State Agrarian University and cattle-ranch Chelyabinsk region for the period 2011-2015. Retrospective evaluation of BRD epidemic situation of cattle in the Chelyabinsk region, was carried out on the basis of accounting veterinary services, agricultural enterprises collected during epizootic studies and observations in various outbreaks of disease. Immunological studies conducted in FBUN “Ekaterinburg Medical Scientific Center of prevention and health of industrial workers”. Determination of IgA, IgM, IgG, IgE carried turbidimetric method using test kits and biochemical analyzer KONELAB, Finland. Histological examination method was used fixed and stained preparations. Statistical data processing was performed by conventional methods, alternative variation statistics with the help of software systems and BIOCTAT AtteStat for Windows. The critical level of significance (p) value of 0.05 was set. Histological studies revealed the greatest etiological significance in the development of lung diseases of infectious etiology in the agricultural enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region pasteurellosis and bovine respiratory syncytial virus infection. To correct immune diseases BRD cattle we have developed plant-tissue preparation with immunomodulating properties, the application of which increases the overall resistance of animals by increasing humoral immunity, as evidenced by the increase in IgG level of 4.6-8.3%, reduced concentration IgM is 11-26.4% IgA by 6.1- 6.2%, which is a consequence of the normalization of liver function tests, reduced under the action of the drug, an inflammatory reaction of the organism. Lowering the concentration of IgE in 19.6-894.85 again points to the elimination of allergic reactions caused by infectious and parasitic agents. The use of plant-tissue preparation with immunomodulating properties corrects immunodeficiency cattle at industrial technology content and increases the overall resistance of the organism.
