The Republic of Korea: monuments to Soviet and Russian figures and military-historical events

The article provides information about the monuments to Soviet and Russian figures and military-historical events available in the Republic of Korea: the history of their appearance, initiators, preservation and condition. A description of each object is given and photographic materials are attached. It is argued that these monuments not only remind of the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Russia, but can also help expand ties between the two countries, including through an increase in the influx of Russian tourists to Korea.
