Restructuring of administrative system of social and labour sphere for prevention and permission of social and labour contradictions

Currently the administrative system of social and labour relations needs to develop new approaches, methods that allow as quickly as possible to take the necessary decision in the case of social and labour contradictions and conflicts in the enterprises. Modern methods of management of social and labour sphere on macro-, meso- and micro-level are not always successful combination, which is often becomes the reason for not resolve the contradictions, but they aggravation.
