Restructuring of modern business: stakeholder approach

The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to business restructuring from the point of view of the theory of interested groups. The interaction between business and stakeholders is based on a systematic approach. Restructuring transformation contributes to the long-term development of the organization on the basis of mutually beneficial relations with representatives of interested groups within the framework of a long-term partnership.
