Restriction as a method of crisis management in the company

In today's market conditions, accompanied by high competition, crises have become an integral part of the economics. This leads to the fact that many business entities sometimes have to take risk management solutions to overcome the crisis. One of the real ways out of the current situation of enterprises is their restructuring, the purposeful change of structure of the company. In this article, we will look at the main types of restructuring and examine the goals that the company pursued in this process. Despite the fact that the main purpose of the restructuring is to take the company out of the crisis and avoid bankruptcy, we propose to consider the bankruptcy directly as a method of restructuring. Therefore, we can consider bankruptcy as one of the possible alternatives to the company's exit from the crisis.
