In the present article the systematic description of resource timing analysis at automated management of the complex systems taking into account consumption of resources is given. Need of accounting of alternatives on resources in the existing models forces to refuse network statement of tasks that complicates use of a method of branches and borders in cases when the sequence of performance of work needs to choose as indivisible resources. Therefore transformation of resource model for simplification of timing analysis and definition of the most rational ways of branching at purpose of the resources having various properties is required. At the heart of the offered approach and constructions defined resource models which elements are the generalized network models and more common temporary models lie. The task of approximation of initial resource model more prime temporary is set at restriction for their quantity. It is shown that branching has to be considered in close unity with the return operation - aggregation. The resource and time analysis is presented in the form of flexible process during which there has to be a dialogue on the one hand to consumers - experts in the field of the organization, technology and production management of works with the purpose of correction of resource and network restrictions, to another - to the COMPUTER when carrying out resource and timing analysis of RM, its parts or their transformations.
