Resource r&d performance indicators: structural analysis and departmental specifics

The scientific and technological reserve created during the Soviet Union has practically exhausted itself. Currently, the situation is exacerbated by the rapid development of multinational corporations, which have relied on the development of innovative products and the high rate of implementation of modern technologies. Innovation is of importance when it comes to defense and security. The paper considers the features of substantiation of R&D resource indicators (economic, material, personnel, etc.) considering departmental specifics.
