Resources of modernization of the social and economic complex of the North Caucasian macroregion

Regions of the Northern Caucasus for a long time developed on the basis of resource and raw model under the conditions of the pre industrialization, degradation of natural and resource potential and heterogeneity of social and economic space. In the article it is emphasized that today in subjects of North Caucasian federal district firstly the solution of the tasks set at the first stage of the modernization connected with industrialization of production is priority. Secondly, it is necessary to intensify the transition to a new stage - to an innovative economy. Real basis of a simple reproduction of ethnoses of the North Caucasus are ethnoeconomy segments the largest part of which are seen "shadow economy".
