Ретроградная интубация трахеи занимает важное место в современной клинической практике и экспериментальных исследованиях при проведении искусственной вентиляции легких для поддержания жизненно-важных функций организма человека и млекопитающих. Ретроградная интубация трахеи имеет весьма богатую историю (более 50 лет), и за это время данный способ был многократно модифицирован и оптимизирован. В этой статье рассмотрены показания и противопоказания, оснащение, этапы и техники ретроградной интубации трахеи.
