Retrospective of creation and functioning of the contract system in Russia in the post-reform period

This article examines the sphere of contract procurement in Russia in the construction industry from the point of view of historical retrospective and modern realities. Given the rich history of the state, it is necessary to highlight what major changes the contractual system has undergone in order to work out the form it has now. Thus, the article identifies specific laws affecting the development of the sphere of interest to us and highlights the peculiarities of this industry in the Russian Federation.
