Retrospective analysis of efficiency of NK Rosneftand and Bashneft’s integration

In this article the authors carry out a retrospective analysis of M&A transaction in 2016 between two greatest Russian oil companies. Estimated synergetic effect from this transaction is being discussed in this article. Retrospective method of analysis is based on analysis of companies' financial and market indicators taken from previously published consolidated financial statements for the last 3 quarters.
