Retrospective analysis of scale effects for various types and location of non-residential real estate

The retrospective analysis of the scale effect for non-residential premises located in the cities of Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Moscow region. Analyzed retrospective data for 2007-2009, the cost of ownership for various classes of nonresidential real estate: retail, office, industrial, warehousing, communications scale effect with the optimal size of the area, market demand, the dynamics of change in the scale effect for different classes of non-residential real estate. We derive the equations of correlation-regression with unit costs of premises with the magnitude of their area for a variety of locations.
