Retrospective clinicalpathogenetic analysis of associated gunshot bonearterial injury of the extremity case

On the basis of the clinical-pathogenetic analysis of the case of associated gunshot bone vascular injury of a thigh, the author confirms dependence of treatment result on timeliness and competence of the first aid. It is pathogenetically substantiated that just the condition severity of such wounds results in large numbery of diagnostic and tactical mistakes both in the prehospital and hospital stage and is the cause of a great number of postoperative complications.
