Reversible-Transient Models for Improving the Performance of Organizational and Production Systems

Бесплатный доступ

This article presents the concept of reversible transition models for managing the development of organizational and production systems. Key components for shaping transition trajectories are identifi ed, based on indicators of system-technical processes that characterize the qualimetric conditions for the typology of organizational and production systems. The mechanism is implemented through the use of transition probability matrices that take into account the initial state of the system under study and the level of performance of the system-technical processes. The result is visualized using a directed network graph of states. Organizational development management considers reversible transition scenarios between system types, refl ecting the actual complexity and nonlinearity of transformation processes. The study considers only the results of an analysis of the current state of the system under study, without resorting to retrospective data. The developed approach enables automated assessment of the performance of organizational and production systems, the formation of recommendations for selecting a development typology, and iterative research to adjust the organizational development plan.
