Alibaba is currently the most successful online e-commerce trading platform in China and the fifth largest internet company in the world.According to Jack Ma, e-commerce is a revolution. After more than a decade of development, Alibaba has gone from the Taobao and Alipay business models to its seven business groups, including Taobao, Yitao, Tmall, Juhuasuan, Ali International Business, Ali small business business and Alibaba Cloud, forming a large CBBS group market (July 2012), Alibaba is currently actively entering in the banking and insurance business. The purpose of this article is to analyze Alibaba's market positioning, target customers and strategic placement strategies, conduct a brief analysis of Alibaba's current profit model and future profit growth points, as well as express your own views on the market competition faced by Alibaba, current problems and future business development.
