The reserve fund of the Russian Federation: problems and prospects of improving the effectiveness of management

The article examines the dynamics of the volume of the RF Reserve Fund's resources, the problems of low management efficiency of attracted funds, the low efficiency of this Reserve Fund instrument as a tool of alicyclic economy regulation, and develops a number of applications and recommendations that help solve identified problems.
