Reserves of growth of hr potential of JSC "Taneco"

This article analyzes the system of training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in JSC "TANECO". The paper presents the number of training, the cost of them and the results of training of employees for 2015-2017. The article also provides an algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of training, and calculated the effectiveness of compulsory and developmental training in JSC "TANECO".
