Modes of unconceptable work of managing companies, created on the basis of endowment funds of regional universities

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze and adapt existing fundraising mechanisms for the management of modern regional Russian universities. The need for this tool is due to the need to diversify the sources of funding for universities in connection with the unfavourable demographic situation in the country and, as a result, a decrease in revenues from paid activities. The most appropriate for assessing the effectiveness of the use of fundraising, according to the authors, is the use of mechanisms for adapted multi-component break-even analysis.
