Efficiency of the state social policy in the Russian Arctic zone by population assessment

The article structures results of the research studying the public opinion of the Russian Arctic and the data of the number of Russian ratings on important issues, which together constitute the base for assessment of the state social policy effectiveness. The conclusions obtained in the study of residents' attitudes of the implemented social policy, their response to the ongoing and future socio-economic transformations, contribute to the formation of a feedback channel from the territorial community to the authorities.
