In December 2019, the world for the first time faced a new coronavirus infection COVID-19. On 03/11/2020, WHO declared a pandemic. On 25.03.2020, the 1st patient was registered in the Republic of Buryatia. Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19 in the republic and the current difficult epidemiological situation among the population, it became necessary to open a temporary covid state for the treatment of patients with obstetric and acute gynecological pathology with confirmed, suspicious and probable cases of a new COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
