Results of dynamic tracing of health status of workers maintaining nuclear reactors of industrial type

Retrospective analysis of dynamic tracing of big group of workers of atomic reactors of industrial type who had been engaged in the work for 5-8 years, showed that general health status in those who had got doses of 6-9 rad, as a rule, was good. Therefore dose of 5 R/year was accepted to be limiting permissible dose.
