Test results of the main agricultural aggregates with an elastic-damping mechanism in the power transmission of the mobile power tool of traction class 1,4

The stochastic nature of external and internal forces and moments affecting the operation of mobile ground transport and technological means for agricultural purposes contributes to a significant decrease in their functional indicators when performing technological operations. The analysis showed that the outputs of machine-tractor aggregates largely depend on the rigidity and damping indicators of the power transmission of mobile power tools. In order to ensure the growth of technical, economic and qualitative performance indicators of the aggregates, we proposed to install an elastic-damping mechanism with variable rigidity in the power transmission of a mobile power tool. The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate the method of improving the technical, economic and agrotechnological performance indicators of machine-tractor aggregates obtained from mobile power tools of traction class 1,4, main technological operations in the cultivation of various crops by reducing the level of dynamic processes in their parts. It has been proved that an elastic-damping mechanism with a non-linear characteristic installed in front of the power transmission driving shaft of a power tool of traction class 1,4, provides favorable conditions for all parts performance of machine-tractor aggregates for agricultural purposes when they perform the main technological operations: plowing, complete cultivation and sowing of grain crops. The installation of an elastic-damping mechanism with a non-linear characteristic and optimal parameters in front of the power transmission driving shaft of a tractor of traction class 1,4 provides more than an 8% increase in productivity with a simultaneous decrease in specific fuel consumption by 9% or more, as well as an improvement in qualitative performance indicators of machine-tractor aggregates when they perform the main technological operations.
