In article the basic development cycles of test-system for diagnostics of a Chlamydiosis of a cattle in Elisa test have been described. It's results laboratories and industrial test are resulted. Established that efficiency for diagnostics of a Chlamidiosis of a cattle with application the developed testsystem in 2 above than in reaction complement fixation.
