The results of the study of the phenomenon of emotional burnout in future primary school teachers

This study focuses on the pressing issue of emotional burnout among prospective teachers. A review of the literature reveals that the teaching profession is associated with high levels of stress, increasing the risk of emotional burnout among future educators. The article presents the results of a controlled experiment conducted among students at the Kansky Pedagogical College. The Boyko Emotional Burnout Inventory was used as the primary psychometric tool. The findings demonstrate a significant decrease in the level of emotional burnout symptoms among participants following group counseling sessions.
