The hemodynamics changes in tibial shaft cavity, muscle posterior group and leg magistral arteries have been studied in 24 dogs experimentally. After shaft tunnelization bone circulation has been established to be enhanced and blood flow in the leg magistral arteries - to be increased within the limits of control changes. Circulation parameters restored after 3-4 months. After 5-24 months bone circulation made up 239-324 %, and blood flow in the leg magistral arteries - 130-148 %. The circulation in the muscles uninvolved adjusted itself to the conditions of blood flow in magistral arteries due to participation of autoregulation mechanisms. The study substantiates bone tunnelization use to stimulate limb circulation.
