Results of treatment of cows with postpartum purulent-catarial endometritis

The results obtained show that postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis in cows in Molko LLC is widespread and accounts for about 36.2 % of all diseases. The main causes of acute postpartum purulent-catarrhal endometritis are trauma during obstetrics, retained placenta and subinvolution of the uterus in cows against the background of violations of feeding and housing conditions. In the treatment of cows with purulent catarrhal endometritis, the 2nd scheme turned out to be the most effective, including intrauterine injections of Renrozet and Metricur against the background of intramuscular injections of Helsivite, Ichglukovit and Metriton.
