One-stage reconstruction of skin anf soft tissue defects in cancer treatment

Treatment outcomes for 131 patients with locally advanced skin/soft tissue cancer have been presented. Eighty three patients underwent radical surgery with one-stage reconstruction of skin/soft tissue defects by musculocutaneous flap.
