The article discusses the methodology for selecting the composition of gypsum cement-pozzolanic binder. Metakaolin, microsilica and acidic ash from coal combustion were used as active mineral additives. In the course of the work, the activity of mineral additives, water resistance of the obtained artificial stone were determined, and the deformations of the obtained stone, developing during its hardening and strength gain, were measured. It was found that artificial stone made of gypsum cement-pozzolanic binder acquires expansion deformation over time. Also, in the course of the study, the effectiveness of reinforcing the stone from gypsum cement-pozzolanic binder with glass fiber was assessed to reduce these deformations and increase its tensile strength under bending.
