The developed methods of structural updating the plainsheet vibrodamping materials providing with it raised acoustic efficiency, reduction of weight-dimensional and cost parameters are described. Final results of com-parative vibroacoustic researches of various types and marks of industrially-made not structured and test mod-els of structured vibrodamping materials are presented. With the use of laboratory-stend units «RTC-3» and «Oberst» the effective ranges of structurization parameters of plainsheet vibrodamping materials are estab-lished.
