The results of strategic research in the field of arts, culture and intercultural communication (on the basis of Russian-Indian cooperation)

Assessing the current state of Russian-Indian relations, it seems that for the first time we see the real state approach to the issues of bilateral cultural cooperation. For this purpose in the spring of 2006 the Effective Policy Foundation commissioned the Center for Strategic Research to conduct a study of the current state and prospects of Russian-Indian cooperation. The results refuted 44 experts, both Russian and the Indian side, the Russian Government were to do a cold-shower. It became obvious what a favourable market we are missing, and that such things are not allowed anymore.
