The risk as forensic category having a practical value in the disclosure and the investigation of crimes

The article examines the cases of uncertainty having a place in activities aimed at the investigation of crimes associated with the risk of possible negative consequences of action for the establishment of the truth. The author, exploring the risk in relation to the result of activities and disclosure of the investigation of crimes comprehensively indicates certain actions and associated with them risk, in also subjects risk and their relation to the fact or other result. Accordingly, the author is indicated that the studied the problem is not a theoretical abstraction, and has a very real practical expression, for example, when the investigation of murders.
