The effectiveness of any organization is largely determined by the quality of risk management, involving a combination and consistency of the use of specific methods, techniques, operations.
Conducted within the framework of the course work sociological research aimed at determining the risks of the enterprise, allowed to determine the problem areas, which to a certain extent can be regarded as risks of the enterprise. These risks include: tense socio-psychological situation in the team, lack of cooperation. This result can be regarded as a risk of conflicts in the organization, which has the most undesirable consequences. Among the possible risks can be attributed to the lack of effective communication in the team.
Most employees of the company "Boiler plant "Belenergomash" believes that the innovative processes in the company are quite active, indicating that there is no risk of this plan in the studied enterprise.
The effectiveness of communication in the enterprise employees evaluate quite contradictory: some employees noted that they receive timely information about the activities of other departments, some – responded negatively. To the greatest extent, employees of the enterprise are irritated by both surrounding colleagues and management, respectively, the most often contradictory situations arise with their colleagues, a little less with the head and occasionally with subordinates.
The main causes of conflicts are different approaches to solving work problems, lack of interest of the head to the problems of subordinates, his rudeness and unfair distribution of bonuses. The majority of staff noted that this was determined by the circumstances, while some staff expressed their willingness to enter into conflict, which was a rather alarming signal. Of all the strategies for resolving the conflict, only the strategy of compromise and ignoring the conflict was mentioned. Employees pointed to frequent situations of ignoring potential conflict situations by the head. These signals indicate that the company should take urgent measures to prevent risks: industrial conflict, reduced productivity, personnel leakage.
As recommendations for improvement of risk management at the LLC "Belenergomash Boiler plant" were proposed areas of work in relation to the stabilization of relations, both between employees and between employees and management.
To manage the risks of industrial conflict and possible personnel leakage, it is necessary to develop and implement the social policy of the organization, in particular, to revise the system of awarding distinguished employees, not forgetting about the system of measures of moral encouragement of the best employees. It is necessary to encourage the creative initiative of employees, to create conditions for their self-realization; to organize joint events, competitions, days of rest, allowing to strengthen the corporate culture. We also consider it necessary to increase the efficiency of communication in the team.
The implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the team of the enterprise
LLC "Boiler plant Belenergomash", improve the image of the enterprise, team building through work on themselves as management and subordinates.
