Risk management and risk management: problems of substantiation of the essence of the concepts as scientific categories of the theory and practice of management of organizations

Currently, in the domestic literature on organization management and scientific articles, much is written about the importance of risk management or risk management in improving the effectiveness of their activities. These concepts have become part of the conceptual apparatus of the theory of organization management. However, as a rule, a clear understanding of the essence and content of these concepts as scientific categories in domestic studies is not given. At the same time, risk management and risk management in scientific works of domestic authors are recognized simultaneously as concepts-synonyms, then as completely different concepts in essence. At the same time, when considering the problems of organizing risk management, domestic research authors, instead of specific and scientifically sound recommendations, are most often limited to generally accepted approaches (principles). As a result of this concept, risk management and risk management are actively used both by researchers and practitioners in the field of organization management, but they have not received practical application in terms of ensuring organizations the necessary level of competitiveness. This necessitates consideration from a scientific point of view of the essence and content of the concepts of risk management and risk management as scientific categories of organization management theory.
