Risk management as a factor of ensuring the economic security of agricultural enterprises

The article discusses the improvement of the risk management process at agricultural enterprises, provides the concept of risk management, justifies the need for a proactive assessment of the occurrence of risk events and preparedness for possible consequences of their occurrence. To solve these problems, it is proposed to create risk management services at enterprises, covering all types of decisions taken in the production process. As a result, in order to ensure the most effective risk management policy at enterprises, it is proposed to apply two variants of the management system.
