Risks of advocacy in the aspect of informatization and digital transformation of society

Nowadays, active work aimed at the most rapid implementation of online platforms and chat bots is carried out. This will allow citizens to receive qualified legal assistance, including pro bono legal assistance, remotely. The use of new technologies to increase the availability of qualified legal assistance is associated with new risks that arise in the process of remote communication and work in the Internet. The author of the article analyzes Russian and foreign experience in using new technologies for provision of qualified legal assistance in order to identify risks and find ways to reduce them.
