Risks of genomic technologies in the sphere of artificial human reproduction

The article is devoted to identifying the risks of genomic technologies in the field of artificial human reproduction. The author pays special attention to the adverse consequences of using such assisted reproductive technology as genetic material donation. The article substantiates the legal mechanisms aimed at their minimization. The author justifies the need to disclose information about the genetic origin of a person, as well as restrictions on donor programs in which a person can participate as a donor. Proposed legal solutions will ensure the protection of the interests of persons participating in the relevant art programs, as well as a child born as a result of artificial reproduction.
