Risks and opportunities of information services organizations

The article presents the developed corrective and preventive measures for an organization providing information services based on consumer survey data on the quality of services provided. A risk map and a risk matrix were constructed and analyzed. After analyzing the company's potential risk sheet, as well as the Risk Map and Matrix, it was revealed that in terms of the degree of damage and the likelihood of occurrence, the most dangerous risk is the risk from customers, since it is the least predictable and predictable. A separate Risk Register for working with clients has also been compiled.
