Financial outsourcing risks at the industrial enterprise

The article discusses the financial outsourcing risks at the industrial enterprise. The author highlighted the risks of the internal environment of the outsourcer and the risks of the internal environment of the outsourcing. Risks can also be associated with both insufficient development of financial outsourcing activities regulation, as well as gaps, inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the current accounting and tax legislation. As the analysis showed, the risks of the customer’s external environment in terms of the influence of external factors that are not related to the risks of the contractor’s internal environment can be reduced by competently selecting the service provider and monitoring changes in the external environment in terms of legislation and the financial well-being of the outsourcer according to key parameters at specified intervals.
