Risks of the purchase of real estate in the primary market of housing

The article examines the risks involved in the purchase of housing and the algorithm of actions in violation of the deadline for the delivery of a real estate object by an unscrupulous developer's companies. We come to the conclusion that Federal Law 214 needs to be adjusted, despite the amendments introduced in 2017, in order to completely protect buyers of real estate from the illegal actions of construction companies.
