Risks, resources and vulnerability of innovative development of enterprises: their identification, classification and management

Various classifications of innovative risks are considered. Typical types of vulnerability for various enterprises are pointed out; the evaluation of relations between them is carried out; Keyfactors are revealed and ranked. Improved «Development matrix» built in the system of coordinates «innovations-resources» is given, proved and approved. Objective measurement of risks, resources and innovations by means of generalized utility functions is proposed.
