This article deals with the insurance risks involved in tour operator business in connection with the implementation of compulsory financial security, their interaction with insurance companies. Tour operators are considered insurance risks arising from the financial insolvency of the insurance company or the suspension of its activities. Article analyzes the impact of insurance risks on tour operators activities.
